经历了2018年CWS波摩97单桶、Distillery Manager’s Selection与岛节666桶等一些之后，97年的波摩似乎已经披上了神话的光环，而这一款，无疑又再一次打破了我们对于一款好的波摩所可以有的有限想像。在样品阶段就展现出了几近满分的复杂度与平衡感，装瓶之后则是更为圆润而不失个性，97/100，多给半分献给神奇的波摩97。

闻香：非常艾雷岛的一款酒，浓郁的皮革味，淡淡的烟熏，突然有一种是不是捧着一杯30年以上老阿贝雪莉单桶的错觉，非常经典的泥煤雪莉组合，但是这一款根子里更为活泼，各种香气争相外放，清新飘逸的留兰香，成熟香甜的黑加仑、百香果，咖啡的醇厚与浓烈

入口：先是一丝清甜，好像厚重的窗帘缝中透出的那一道亮光，然后猛力地瞬间打开，大量的热带水果加上黑色水果，果汁四溢的感觉，搭配着与Amazing Cacao·Copoazu金奖冠军一摸一样的黑巧克力味，些许烤雪茄烟叶的宜人舒爽

尾韵：回味无穷的享受，泥煤与雪莉混合在一起的甘甜感，杯底里一股浓郁的奶油可可香气

After experiencing the 2018 CWS Bowmore 1997 single cask, Bowmore Distillery Manager's Selection and the Islay Festival #666 devil cask, Bowmore from 97 seems to be crowned with all the aura and myth. And for this one, without any doubt, has once again broken our limited imagination about how a great Bowmore should feel like. The earlier sample already showed the potential with almost full score on complexity and balance, and the final bottling is now even more rounded without losing any characters. 97/100, I am giving 0.5 more here to pay my tribute to the miracle of Bowmore 97!

Nose: A very typical Islay style, rich leathery nose with some gentle smokiness & peatiness, in a moment, It may even give you the illusion that you are holding a dram of 30 years old Ardbeg, sherried single cask. It’s such a classical peaty-sherry combination, but the body part is more lively, where all kinds of aromas are striving to show-off, fresh and elegant spearmint, ripe blackcurrants with all the sweetness, all based on top of a well-developed coffee flavor.

Mouth: Firstly, there is a hint of sweetness, like a streak of light getting through a line between the thick curtains. Then, a grand opening, huge amount of tropical fruit plus black fruit, with its juices flooding all over. Paired with nice dark chocolate, which feels exactly the same as having a small piece of Amazing Cacao.Copoazu. And a little roasted cigar leaves, very pleasant.
